eWASA’s CEO and founder has held senior executive positions in various industries including Banking, Petro-Chemical, Information Technology, Services and Consulting. With extensive international management and enterprise project development experience, Keith has served as an advisor to numerous cross-border government departments, multilateral organisations as well as major international and South African corporations.

Keith is a specialist in the fields of environmental issues, waste management, information technology, restructuring and regulation in support of sustainable development. His focus has been on energy, research and development, policy and cutting-edge business models. This has resulted in requests from governments and multinationals for Keith to publish globally-distributed papers on environmental issues and waste management.

Holding an Honours degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Pretoria and bringing extensive experience in Chemicals and Waste Policy, she offers a well-rounded perspective that integrates policy development and technical expertise. Passionate about the contributions of women in the industry, she champions resilience, creativity, and innovation as key drivers of transformative change. Her focus is on steering economic systems toward sustainability, fostering solutions that address environmental challenges while supporting long-term growth and balance between progress and preservation.

Vusie Payi, Enterprise Project Coordinator

Vusie Payi is a development and sustainability professional with expertise in stakeholder engagement, social impact, research, and project coordination. She holds a Master of Development Studies from the University of the Western Cape, where her research focused on youth resilience and aspirations in the context of unemployment in South Africa. Her experience spans the mining, renewable energy, and community development sectors, with a focus on social impact assessments, human rights due diligence, monitoring and evaluation, and community development initiatives.

She has worked closely with communities, government stakeholders, civil society organisations, and private sector partners to support sustainable and inclusive development outcomes.

Reabetswe Khumalo holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Sociology. Her research examines the critical necessity of balancing hard skills and soft skills, as there exists a notable gap in this area within the South African workforce. She possesses extensive experience in both education and research, and she is deeply committed to educating and empowering communities.

Shereen is an accomplished Executive Personal Assistant and Office Administrator with over 20 years of experience in senior-level administrative support and office management. Holding a diploma in Business Administration, she has developed strong expertise in coordinating executive operations, managing complex calendars, and overseeing high-level meetings. Known for her professionalism, discretion, and organisational excellence, she ensures efficient day-to-day office functions. In her current role, Shereen provides trusted support and contributes to smooth leadership and organisational success.
