Course description
A practical, hands-on programme provided by RADTech, that equips participants to work safely and profitably in the e-waste recycling sector. Over three days, delegates combine classroom learning with supervised practical sessions on a working recycling floor, covering safety, hazardous-material handling, value recovery, data compliance and how to run a compliant recycling operation.

Who it’s for
Youth and adults entering the e-waste sector, emerging recyclers and small businesses, field officers, and anyone in an environmental or waste-management role who wants practical, job-ready skills.
Format and duration
Three days, approximately 5.5 hours per day, combining classroom sessions and supervised practical work. Delivered at RADtech, Kya Sands Industrial Village, Johannesburg, or on-site by arrangement. Delegates receive a RADtech Certificate of Training on full attendance of all three days.
Good to know
Small-group, practitioner-led training delivered by RADtech, an ISO-certified e-waste recycler, on a live recycling floor. Delegates are welcome to bring their own PPE; refreshments and lunch are provided.
